Prout Catamarans owned by Celebrity Yachts of Ontario, Canada, owns and/or operates a group of shipyards in China and Thailand which build the world-renowned Prout line of catamarans as well as large custom yachts. Building operations were relocated from the U.K. to the Far East to capture lower costs of labour with a comparable quality of construction to the American and European builders. Prout Catamaran has an international team involved in the design, build and sale of these yachts, and that varied expertise is invaluable. These professionals, the designers, engineers, and craftspeople bring their knowledge and expertise together to make our customers boating experiences enjoyable and trouble free.
